Most coaching practices solve one thing. Mine solves a pair that keeps showing up together: thinking that does not yet hold its shape, and AI that is making that shape harder to find. The two engagements below address each side. Used together, they compound.

Yes — and many clients eventually do. The most common path is Communication Coaching first to get the underlying structure sound, then AI Implementation once there is a stable frame for the AI to amplify. The reverse also works when the AI question is more urgent — for example, when a leadership team is making a near-term decision about how their organisation actually uses these tools.
The AI Literacy Lab and the Practitioner Cohort run on a rolling, monthly-billing basis with structured 12-week arcs. Custom senior-team programs are usually scoped at 6–12 weeks. Communication Coaching starts at a single 90-minute intensive, with most clients continuing in monthly retainers or focused sprints around specific high-stakes moments.
Yes. Communication Coaching is bilingual where it serves the work — especially for Korean senior leaders operating in English-dominant business environments. The Substack Your Ideas, Heard Worldwide publishes in both languages, and AI Implementation sessions can run bilingually when the cohort or team warrants it.
Take the diagnostic — six questions, two minutes. If neither path fits, the result will say so plainly and point at the essay, talk, or referral that serves you better. The first call is also explicitly diagnostic, not a sales conversation: if the honest answer is "not now, not this," that is the answer you will hear.
Yes. Custom programs for boards, leadership teams, and L&D functions are part of AI Implementation Coaching. These are scoped from a discovery conversation and shaped to what is actually happening in your rooms — the decisions you are facing, the governance constraints in play, and the friction your people are already feeling.
Discovery-call notes are working notes — kept on encrypted storage, used only to scope your engagement, and not shared with other clients or used as case studies without explicit written consent. If we do not go ahead and work together, the notes are deleted within 12 months. The full privacy policy covers what is collected, why, and how long it is kept across the cohort, coaching, and speaking engagements.
