Based in the UK with frequent travel. Clients lead in thirteen countries; I work with most of them remotely and travel for keynotes, workshops, and intensive on-site engagements. For team programs and speaking, travel and logistics are scoped together at the discovery stage.
Yes — the Substack, sessions, and correspondence can run bilingually. About half of my 1:1 clients are senior Korean professionals operating in English-dominant business environments, and the cohort welcomes Korean-language reflections inside the practice work. Write in whichever language is more precise for what you want to say.
Take the diagnostic and subscribe to the Substack. Both will give you a precise sense of whether — and when — this work would actually help. You can also book a discovery call to talk through the timing; it is explicitly diagnostic, not a sales conversation.
A small number, yes — particularly for educators in under-resourced settings and emerging scholars working at the intersection of language, AI, and culture. Write in with context: what you teach or research, what you would use the engagement for, and what is currently in the way. I read these myself.
If you email us, we keep the message and any attachments so we can reply and follow up; correspondence is kept until the conversation is closed out, typically up to three years. Messages are used only to respond to you, not to train AI models, and they are not sold or shared with third parties beyond the small set of providers that help run the site (email, scheduling, hosting). You can ask us to delete the thread at any time.
No. Marketing emails are opt-in only — we send occasional cohort updates to people who applied or explicitly asked to be on the list, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Replying to an enquiry, booking a call, or applying to the cohort does not by itself add you to any general mailing list.
