/ Business Communication Coaching

How you are heard — not how you sound.

1:1 strategic positioning for executives whose thinking should carry further than it does. The structural work beneath everything else: framing that survives hierarchy, interruption, and cross-cultural friction.

1:1Strategic positioning
Senior leaders · Global rooms
/ The shift

The room remembers structure, not fluency.

You are technically excellent. Your work is good. Your English is good. And still — the meeting ends and someone else's idea moves forward.

This is not a confidence problem. It is a structural one. The way you enter a moment, frame a position, hold a question, withhold a counter — these are trainable. They are also the actual difference between contributing and deciding.

"We work on the structure beneath the words — the architecture that lets your thinking survive hierarchy, interruption, and translation." The whole approach, in one line
/ Engagement tiers

Sized to the moment you're in.

Three tiers, designed for different time horizons. Most clients start with the intensive and continue into a retainer once the structure is set.
Tier 0190 min

The Intensive

A single 90-minute deep dive on one specific high-stakes moment — a board Q&A, a launch, a difficult conversation. You leave with a structural plan you can use the same week.

  • One 90-minute session, live
  • Pre-call diagnostic & transcript review
  • Written framework after the session
  • One follow-up email round
Tier 033–12 months

The Retainer

An ongoing monthly retainer for senior leaders in continuous high-stakes communication. Coaching around the work as it happens — boards, launches, hires, hard conversations.

  • 2 sessions / month · live
  • Ongoing async support
  • Quarterly review & reframe
  • Priority scheduling
/ Method

Four moves. Repeated until they hold.

Every engagement runs through this loop. Some clients cycle through it once. Some return to it for years as the rooms change.
/01

Diagnose

Pre-call review of actual material — a transcript, a deck, a session recording. We name where force is lost.

Structural
/02

Frame

Build the load-bearing structure for the next high-stakes moment. Position, frame, opening, anchor, fallback.

Architectural
/03

Rehearse

Live work in session. Voice, timing, withholding, interruption recovery. Until the structure is portable.

Practical
/04

Carry

Post-moment debrief. What held under pressure. What did not. The framework becomes yours, refined.

Permanent
/ Who it is for

Senior leaders whose work is good — and not yet heard.

Typical clients are technically excellent and structurally underweighted. The work is to close that gap.

VPs, CXOs, founders, partners — at the edge of their next ceiling.

Senior professionals operating in English as a second language.

Korean leaders in global organisations or expanding into global markets.

Board-facing executives preparing for high-stakes Q&A.

Founders moving from operator to spokesperson for their company.

Experts whose technical authority is not yet matched by their presence.

/ Before you book

Common questions.

Public speaking coaching works on delivery — pace, projection, stage presence. This works on structure: the architecture under what you say. How you enter a moment, how you frame a position, how you hold ground when interrupted, when to withhold, how to recover from a question you did not expect, how to deliver a decision so it is acted on rather than reopened. Delivery follows naturally once the structure holds.
Yes. Sessions can run bilingually where it serves the work — especially for Korean senior leaders operating in English-dominant business environments. The frameworks transfer across languages; we calibrate the practice to whichever language the high-stakes room is going to be in. About half of ongoing 1:1 clients are senior Korean professionals.
The Intensive is built for exactly this — a 90-minute structural session on one specific upcoming moment (a board Q&A, a launch, a difficult conversation). Most clients book it three to seven days before the actual room and leave with a structural plan they can use the same week. Reach out with the date and we will see what fits.
Yes — many clients do both. Communication Coaching builds the underlying structure; AI Implementation amplifies it. The combined path is mapped in a single discovery call so the sequencing fits what is actually urgent. See the Work overview for how the two engagements relate.
For retainers, yes — capacity is capped at a small number of ongoing clients so the work stays close and prepared. Intensives and focused sprints are usually available within two to three weeks. If your moment is sooner than that, write in and we will see what is honestly possible.
Yes. The content of 1:1 sessions — the rooms you are preparing for, the people in them, the decisions in play — is treated as commercially sensitive by default. Working notes are kept only for the engagement and are not shared with other clients, used in talks, or published in any form without your explicit written consent.
Only if you want them. Some clients ask for a recording so they can revisit a specific moment of the work; in that case the file is kept on encrypted storage and shared back to you alone. If you would rather no recording exist, we simply do not make one. Either way, recordings and transcripts are not used to train AI models.
The scheduling tool collects your name, email, time zone, and any notes you add when booking; correspondence is kept until the engagement is closed out. We do not sell information and do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time at cpark@parkgnosis.org.

Be heard in the rooms that decide.

One call to map the moment, the gap, and the tier that fits. No sales conversation — explicitly diagnostic.
